  • Order Cancellation: Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of placement to receive a full refund. Once restoration work has begun, cancellations are no longer eligible for refunds.
  • Incomplete or Incorrect Restoration: If we are unable to restore a website according to the agreed specifications due to limitations within the Wayback Machine or other factors, we may offer a partial refund or credit.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Some services provided by Wayback Restore are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered as per the initial order specifications.
  • Any restoration that meets the parameters outlined in our service agreement and Terms and Conditions.
  • Situations where the archived data on the Wayback Machine is incomplete, missing, or otherwise inaccessible. In these cases, we do our best to retrieve available data, but no refunds are offered for missing data.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
