ARCHIVED WEBSITE TO WIX

Wix Website Restoration Service

Service price: $150

Have your lost website rebuilt in Wix using recoverable Wayback Machine pages, original assets and the content you still have. We review the sources first, then agree which pages, layouts and features belong in the rebuild.

The Wix restoration service price is $150 for the scope agreed after archive review. This is manual reconstruction, not Wix account recovery or a one-click import. The existing form does not list Wix; request a review before ordering this service.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT ROUTE

When a Wix Rebuild Is the Right Next Step

A rebuild makes sense when the public website contains useful material, but the original Wix project no longer provides a usable starting point. You may have lost a business site, retained only a few screenshots, or decided to bring an older HTML website into Wix so your team can maintain it there. The first question is what survives, not how quickly a new design can be started.

If you still have authorized Wix access, check native recovery before commissioning reconstruction. Wix documents a 90-day window for sites moved to trash, and Site History can restore an earlier saved design. Those options have their own limits. Our Wix recovery guide explains the distinction without replacing Wix support.

Tell us whether your priority is familiar editing, visual similarity, preserved content or a combination of those needs. An archive-led Wix project should solve the actual loss, rather than replace a recoverable native site unnecessarily.

A REBUILD WITH DEFINED BOUNDARIES

What We Can Reconstruct in Wix

We assess the public pages and assets available for the chosen historical version, then identify the material suitable for rebuilding in the agreed Wix editor. Captured navigation shows which pages belonged together; readable page content and usable images provide the substance. Screenshots can help explain presentation, but they cannot supply an unreadable paragraph or an original high-resolution image.

The project scope distinguishes content recovery from new implementation. A visible enquiry panel might show its labels and fields, while the old routing and submission history remain unknown. We can discuss a replacement form, but its destination and required behavior must be confirmed rather than inferred from its appearance.

PLATFORM REALITY

An Archived Wix Page Is Not the Original Editor Project

Wix explains that its sites depend on Wix hosting and proprietary technology. Downloaded public HTML is therefore not a portable copy of the original Wix editor project. We use the surviving public result as a reference for reconstruction, not as proof that its original components or hidden settings have been recovered.

The same care applies when restoring an older design inside an existing account: Wix states that Site History does not roll back CMS collection content and data structure, and several app records are handled separately. For archive work, private customer records, member access, bookings and payment history require their own legitimate sources. A recreated page must not be described as recovery of those records.

If a feature is essential, include it in the brief early. We separate recoverable public material, supplied data and newly configured functionality before agreeing the work. This avoids quoting a simple page rebuild for a site whose real requirement is an operational store, membership area or booking system.

HOW THE PROJECT IS SCOPED

From Surviving Sources to an Editable Wix Website

A useful restoration plan connects each important page to a source and a required outcome. The work is agreed around that plan, with unresolved items identified before reconstruction.

01

Review the loss and sources

Send the domain, useful archive links, the preferred historical period and any original files. Explain whether Wix account access, a missing design or unavailable public pages caused the problem.

02

Agree pages, editing and dependencies

Confirm the destination editor, page list, essential media and owner-editing tasks. Identify any Wix plan, app or other paid dependency needed for the requested features; these are not recovered licenses.

03

Rebuild the approved public material

Reconstruct the agreed pages around verified text, navigation and assets. Missing wording or imagery is flagged for an approved replacement, not filled with invented business claims.

04

Review presentation and included actions

Check the agreed screen sizes, page links, image display and editing tasks. Forms, bookings or commerce need their own authorized checks when included in the scope.

05

Deliver against the accepted scope

Review the rebuilt pages and outstanding limitations with the owner. Publishing, domain connection and any separate operational setup follow the agreed project responsibilities.

CONTENT AND CONTINUITY

Keep Valuable Pages Without Repeating Old Mistakes

Old captures can contain expired offers, former staff, discontinued products or contact details that no longer belong on the website. We use the chosen archive as evidence of the old site, while asking you to approve current facts. Restoration should preserve valuable material without presenting an outdated claim as current.

Historical URLs deserve the same attention as the visible homepage. Supply any important page list, known linked destinations or retained URL records so the proposed Wix structure can be compared with them. Where platform constraints affect an old path, the difference should be reviewed before launch. A redesign or platform move is not a reason to discard established destinations without a plan.

The aim is a coherent website that visitors can navigate and your team can maintain. URL continuity and clear content support that aim, but restoration does not guarantee previous rankings, indexing or enquiries. If your main requirement is visual WordPress editing instead, compare our Elementor restoration service before selecting the destination.

PRICE AND DELIVERABLES

Wix Restoration: $150 With Scope Agreed Before Ordering

The Wix restoration service is priced at $150. Before you order, we review page types, archive completeness, visual complexity and editing needs, then confirm the work included for your website. The price is not a promise of unlimited pages, missing-asset recreation or every store feature. Delivery timing is confirmed after the review.

The agreement should identify the pages being rebuilt, destination platform, assets to use, missing items and acceptance checks. Any newly written copy, substantial redesign, app configuration or work dependent on private records should be listed separately, rather than assumed to be part of basic archive recovery.

For the initial review, send public URLs and a short description of your priorities. Do not place passwords or customer records in a general enquiry. Where access is later necessary, arrange suitable project-specific sharing. You can review our existing restoration portfolio for context; those projects are not presented as evidence of a Wix-specific recovery outcome.

Wix Website Restoration Questions

Yes, an authorized archive-led rebuild can use Wix as the agreed destination when the surviving content and required features make it suitable. We assess the public material and editing requirements first. This is reconstruction in Wix, not automatic conversion of the original platform’s project files.

Identify the newer material that must remain before choosing a source version. For a reconstruction, we agree which content and design references to use. Do not apply a native rollback without reviewing what it would replace.

We assess whether the surviving files are suitable for the intended placement. If they are not, you can supply originals or approve replacements. A small preview is not a promise that a full-quality original can be recovered.

The target is agreed from the available references and what the destination editor can reasonably reproduce. Missing fonts, assets, responsive references or interactive behavior can affect fidelity. Important differences should be discussed before the scope is accepted.

Required plans, apps, renewals and other paid dependencies must be confirmed before ordering. Public archives do not recover licenses or account entitlements. The $150 restoration price does not mean third-party subscriptions are included unless the project agreement expressly says so.

No. The existing form still lists the established packages and has not been expanded for Wix. Use the archive-review link and state that you need the $150 Wix restoration service, so its included scope can be confirmed before ordering. Do not select another package as a substitute.
